Description
In 1951, Magirus-Deutz presented a completely redesigned truck, for which the name Rundhauber became established. The design of the spherical “snout” clearly stood out from the truck models of the competition and was only possible because there was no large box-shaped water cooler in front of the engine block. The model designations were initially S 3500, S 3500/56, S 4500, S 4500/6, S 4500/112, S 5500, S 6500 and S 7500. The round hoods were sold under these designations from 1952 onwards. Our model represents a round hood for timber transport. (Q: Wikipedia)
The highly detailed, unpainted model was produced using the 3D printing process and can be processed and painted with standard tools and paints (e.g. with Revell Email or Revell Aqua Color).
